The venue Debbie and Duncan chose was perfect for an English Winter wedding. Sutton House, a hidden National Trust building in East London which oozes character.. oak panelled rooms, armada windows, crackling open fireplaces – a pure sense of ‘oldy worldy’… just up my street! When I arrived at the venue, Duncan, his best man and ushers were doing some last minute ‘sorting’ and whilst they greeted guests, Debbie arrived with her dad and bridesmaids who were all shown to their own private (and again beautiful) little room for ‘finishing touches’. Debbie looked gorgeous and I couldn’t help think how beautifully well her flowers and all their dresses suited the venue. A lovely ceremony coupled with touching and heart felt speeches, acknowledging missing loved ones along the way. There were quite a number of group photos that Debbie and Duncan wanted captured.. which we did.. with impressive structure and timing! It wasn’t long before the wedding breakfast and speeches began.. I could really tell that Debbie and Duncan have a lot of close and wonderful friends who I’m sure along with me wish them both a wonderful marriage and life together.
Here are just a few of the shots to summarise the day. To view all photos you will need to ask Debbie and Duncan for the web gallery password.
