Usually within 2 weeks after your shoot, your photos will be ready to view. Occasionally a little longer in peak season but more often than not a little sooner!

You receive an email with all the download instructions and most importantly the gallery link! The link will take you straight to your gallery and you’ll be given a username and password. You will also be given a separate username and password for any friends/family that you want to give access to. This is what the front page will look like..

Once in, you can start scrolling through all your photos…

You can put photos into ‘favourites‘ to help you decide which ones you want… or you can create a favourites list for any photos you want to print. Or you can make images ‘private’ if there’s any you don’t want your gallery guests to see. You can do these actions from the gallery page or from an individual image page.

You can also ‘share‘ photos via email, to FB and other social media if you wish to.

Clients will have been give a set number of photos that come with the photo shoot package. To get these, you simply add them to your shopping cart within the gallery. You can choose to add individual images or the whole gallery. Then you can use the special code (that is provided in your initial email) and the cost of those included photos is deducted so that there is £0 to pay. If you decide to order more than the included number of images, you are only charged for the extras. Or you can download the whole album! Prices for everything are shown before you add to cart (although to avoid confusion with differing packages, the prices are not shown here in the example)

Your chosen images are then sent to you via a download link emailed to you usually within 24 hours or once payment has cleared. You can then save them wherever you like on your computer!

You can also buy prints straight from the gallery too and delivery is usually 7-10 days.

There is also (sinceFeb 2018) an option to buy framed prints although this is partly done outside the above gallery tool as previews need to be approved by the client.

And that’s it! No CD, USBs or large files clogging up your inbox! It makes receiving your images super quick and easy.
