About me...
After leaving the corporate world I chose to turn my passion into a reality. For over 12 years I have been a photographer and have developed a unique style of photography that is now my trademark.
It has been expressed to me many times that my photography looks warm, natural and honest. Repetitive bookings from returning parents, schools, families and businesses say my sessions feel this way too.
As a parent myself, I understand how difficult it is to capture a decent photographic keepsake of your family. I have lived that moment of hope when the school photos come in. As a business owner I understand the need for having a welcoming image that looks professional but not austere and studio-like. I can help create and capture cherished memories, the perfect moment, the right look, and take “decent” to perfect!
I'm a mum of 3, living in Surrey.
I absolutely love the outdoors - probably one of the main reasons I use the outdoors for almost all my photo shoots.
Other than photographing people, I love watercolour painting, something I just started learning a couple of years ago. I also love going for walks, coffees with friends, watching my kids do their hobbies, flowers in the house, antiques, browsing through charity shops, unusual scenery (my husband looks in dismay as I get excited about a run down chicken shed in the Greek wilderness), historic buildings oozing with amazing historic facts. I also love clear blue sea, Summer, the challenge of keeping outdoor plants alive and slowly learning about plant care. And massive hugs from my kids. I'll stop there! I hope as a potential client there might be at least one thing we have in common!
